Chocolate Doritos
I stumbled upon this idea last night in a flash of what I'd like to reserve the right to call culinary genius. I have yet to make these but the concept is very simple: Chocolate-Coated Doritos. The popular, salty, crunchy, triangular chip that we all know and love, but dipped into and coated in milk chocolate and left to set.
It sounds both insane and brilliant. And how often those two are found so close together!
So far it seems that no one else has taken up the challenge to make these themselves (at least not in a way that seems well done), so I'd like to try it some time this week. I will post the image results here and on Facebook.
